I just received this electric hand mixer, so I have no feedback on long-term use. So far it seems to have a lot more power than my last one I'm replacing because the faucets are starting to rust on the edges/welds. I hope they really are stainless steel and don't rust. I gave 4 stars because it looks like I got an open one that was returned or something. And one of the mixers doesn't fit the nest entirely, so maybe that's why they returned it? I have no proof of this but the packaging looked sloppy and the sticker on the box had been tampered with. Luckily I don't use blenders so that's not a problem for me at the moment so I'll keep the product to myself and see how it holds up. However, I think that the product I received as an open box should be listed as a new product with the usual discounted price and let the buyer decide if they want an option like most open-box products on Revain.
