Absolutely perfect. Perform a normal joycon and imagine what you can do to improve it and that's exactly what it is. Feels good in the hand, don't waste your money on a terrible split rug, just buy one of these. Wireless with no latency and REAL joysticks that feel perfect. I would say they are even better than the Xbox One joystick. The roar is spot on too. If you have a cheap heart to wirelessly connect them together, it looks like a legitimate controller. And yes, it charges via the switch in manual mode. Worth every penny. and probably more.
