I really like this jacket, but it rings, and not so discreetly, but in a way that my colleagues can hear me in the hall. Some even call it my "cat bell”. The pinging comes from the buttons, they dangle a lot when not fastened and rattle (or jingle). One phone call is clearly not enough to stop me from wearing or returning it, but people around you might not like you. I like the style and the detachable hood. I can wear it on a chilly spring/fall morning and it goes with almost anything. If you can tolerate a little clinking, buy this jacket.
