This arrived in very good condition. Being capsules and not liquid, there were no leakage issues, plus the lid was sealed and taped in place. I use 1 pod in my Samsung LG Tower for charging and it lathers well and doesn't smell but clothes smell clean when done. I had no problem with the capsule not dissolving and I only use cold water. I suggest you lay down your underwear and drop the capsule on it. Yes, the capsules stick together a bit in the canister, but separate well without bursting. Great deal for the price as there is a lot more in store even on sale.
