It is very easy to use, it's flexible enough for my needs (I am using as an automated newsletter) but also has all of our other tools like autoresponder or tracking campaigns in one place so I can manage that from there too! There isn't anything really - everything works well with this platform though we are still trying out some new features such as Zapier integration which seems useful. If you're looking at ease-of-use then definitely try them first before making any decisions about your subscription service provider because they do offer trial periods if needed. We have used their services since 2016 when we were starting up and continue to be happy customers now after 2 years where things haven't changed much apart from improvements made by themselves over time.
