Short shelf life, everything came well packaged. The assembly took a maximum of 15 minutes and is very simple. I love visualizing the brewing process, to be honest it's a game changer. The valve and rock can at the bottom are also good because they are easy enough to use and they remove dirt and excess material from the beer. The top snaps into place fairly easily and the connector at the top works great. As for the plug, I personally soaked it in hot water with Star San along with the irrigation tube to make it easier for me to insert the tube. This is a hard fork. Allow the peg to cool before attempting to insert it into the hole in the lid, it may slip out if you push too hard. I may have made it, but once it cooled everything was perfect. The main thing I've found in other threads is that people install the valve upside down. The handle, ie the piece you take, should be pointing down towards the can/bottom so that the valve is fully open. If you place it any other way, the handle will hit the container and not fully open. Love this product again. Would recommend to anyone and will personally buy another one in late spring for a summer brew! Happy brewing everyone!
