Too many cracks and defects. Bricks hold the roof!

One day stray chickens appeared in our garden (Ferrell) and shortly after that we had 6 chickens. So we caught them and put them in a vacant bird cage before deciding to just buy them a proper home to keep them safe. I saw this one and it was a good price so I ordered without hesitation. It arrived quickly, so we packed right away. this is where the problems started. The quality of the tree itself is good, the assembly process is very simple! Anyone can do it. When we assembled, we saw that some places had cracks, which really affected the fact that we can fully use it! We only use this house 75% properly. The right side of the house is much lower than the left, so the roof cannot be screwed on from the right. Therefore we have 2 bricks holding the roof. The screw holes are misaligned, making the house look crooked. I've attached pictures so you can see where the left panel is flush with the roof and the right side has a gap of about 1/2 inch which is preventing the screw and hinges from aligning. so that the roof was torn off in strong winds. In the house, on the top level, there should be a slab in the middle so that mom and babies have a nice, dry and warm place to sleep. BUT. The wood slots are misaligned so we were unable to add this element. Now mother and children are exposed to the rain and cold that we had. and it breaks my heart that they'll get wet, so if it rains, we'll pull up a shower curtain. We wouldn't need to do this if the internal mounts were installed correctly, but they aren't! I contacted a company who said they would ship replacement parts so we could have a fully functional home for them. but nothing ever came. I'm disappointed. The box was in wonderful condition so I know it wasn't a shipping issue that caused all the tears and defects. it was a quality control issue. I love this house and I understand that anything can happen and this can be a separate issue, but I believe the company will resolve this issue. Don't question customers and then send a replacement! Would I buy more? I probably would as I don't know how to build it myself and I'll probably need a bigger one soon if we plan on leaving the kids, but I'm hoping the company puts more stock into what's in the future is packed and shipped. I paid 100 for what I think is worth 50-60, that's just my honest opinion. I gave it a 3 because it provides a safe place for our chicken family and they seem to love it. If there was only one problem I could live with it. But I have different issues from top to bottom that I can't ignore, so I deducted 2 stars. Quality control and customer service need a little help. This is a sweet home. but definitely need better test before send to customer! Too many problems to be an accident. in general we are neutral towards the purchase. our new ones are protected from stray cats and that's the main thing!
