⭐️ 1 star*PLEASE READ* If you buy KanJam, don't buy color changing bulbs, they are too expensive and they don't work. I'm not sure where to start with this product and to be honest if I could give 0 stars I would. First you need to assemble everything, and by that I mean you need to attach cheaply made RGB lights to your KanJam set, which will inevitably fall off the first time you use the game, and then you need to attach YOUR branded stickers to their crappy KanJam set thin sheets of plastic because they were too lazy to build the product themselves. Now assembling it wouldn't be a problem, and I wouldn't mind if it weren't for the lightbulbs, which at the slightest touch of the frisbee will instantly burst and then stop working, and their remote either the light goes out or the IR port goes out on the remote control itself gives no signal. Poorly designed targets for the game aside, the frisbee pictured in the glowing set is not the one that comes with the actual product, they send you a glow in the dark disc (not the glowing disc they no longer send with the product because she keeps dropping batteries) that need more than a minute of charging if you want them to glow for a full 30 seconds. So instead of fixing and redesigning their light-up disc to make it work better, they will send you another disc with a piece of printer paper attached that says 'If you have received the wrong disc and are not satisfied, please contact us. ' with your customer support email. Now after I emailed their customer support about their frisbee and kit in general, they haven't replied to me (and still haven't responded to my email which says a lot about their customer service). To be honest I'm surprised they even managed to send me the product considering how lazy, horribly designed and cheap everything is. So if you're looking to buy a KanJam to play in the dark don't do it, you'd better watch the paint dry because if your lights don't shatter on the first throw or your lights go out at the slightest touch, you can go along with it Expect a few bangs on the head a night because her frisbee will lose its shine in half a second. I sincerely hope that this company can choose more reliable alternatives for all parts of the game, because at the moment it seems that they are still in the prototype stage.
