When I first put it on I had a slight burning sensation. The next few times I guess I got used to it and didn't notice it anymore. I'm not sure if it makes your lips look bigger after prolonged use, but it smoothed and filled in the wrinkles on my lips and added some color to them due to the blood flow. I have naturally fuller lips, which sometimes makes people wonder if they're real, but I always tell people that you can tell the real ones from the fake ones by highlighting and smoothing out the lips. Natural lips tend to be flatter, don't stick out too much at the sides and usually have small wrinkles. Now that mine are almost perfectly smooth, they look like they're injections, but that's not a bad thing at all. So if you're looking for something to smooth out your lips, this is great. If you're looking for big lips, you're probably better off with injections.
