Looks good but numerous malfunctions make it unusable for me

This kettle looks very nice. Unfortunately, it has a number of fatal flaws that make it completely useless. 1) Most importantly to me, even though it's advertised as induction-ready, the elements of my induction cooker didn't recognize anything when I put it on heat. Only one of the four elements recognized it and it took a very long time to heat up. After heating the water once I tested it with a magnet and the magnet didn't stick to the kettle at all (see video demonstration, although in the video I mistakenly say I tested it out of the box, I don't remember correctly) . The total lack of magnetic properties makes it unusable in the induction field. 2) The ground is not flat. If you put the kettle on a glass plate, it won't stand straight. A small portion of the bottom of the teapot folds out of the glass. This can be seen in the attached photo circled in red. 3) Sharp metal spurs protrude from each attachment point of the handle to the kettle body, with which you can easily cut your finger when washing the kettle, and I don't know if they were there. You can also see one of them in the other attached photo. 4) This is a much lesser complaint than the rest of the above, but the whistling noise is very slight even when filling to above the required level. I'm not sure I can even hear it, even from across the room. This was definitely a disappointment.

Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
