I like that it's not as heavy as the black steel model I've been wearing. As for pain relief, I don't think it really works. But I wear it 24/7. But anyway, the only thing I don't like about this bracelet is that it comes off easily. If I bump something or reach into my pocket for my keys, the strap sometimes comes loose. Unless I move it higher on my arm so it doesn't get stuck in my pocket.
