Review on BeaverCraft Deluxe Wood Carving Tools by Shantel Griffin

While I'm by no means a professional carver, I've done my fair share of carving projects. These knives will completely replace my standard knife set. But I'm anticipating. This set arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The leather bag itself is beautiful. Very soft, supple leather. It also included lines and connections. The knives are almost frighteningly sharp, and I don't think I've had to sharpen them that often. They hold their edge well. I have chronic pain in my wrists and hands so the pins were the real challenge. They were very comfortable in my hand and I cut with them for a couple of hours. They are also made of walnut. My favorite tree! As an artist and woodcarver, I appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into this set. I am very happy with it and look forward to making more carvings with it. As I said before, this will definitely replace the knives I have now.
