These bulbs are nearly twice as bright as the 13w CFLs they replaced. old screws from the electrical box and use the ones that came with the bulbs. Not a big problem, but weird nonetheless. Good price. UPDATE: Along with these 6" bulbs I bought one of the 4" bulbs. The 4" comes with a bracket to be used on a 3" box which would be very handy if it came with the 6" bulbs. When replacing lamps in a building the switch boxes were on 4" octagon. The 6" bulbs went in easily. I got to the next building: 3" boxes. Ugh! No brackets. I used the adapter bracket that came with the 4" bulb, to mount the 6" bulbs. It worked very well. The problem is I can't find these brackets anywhere. I see variations of these but am not sure if they work. I plan to contact Julison to get in touch. Maybe they can send 40 of these clips.
