Review on Optimized OXO Good Grips Vegetable Brush by Sandhya Ramirez

This is a nice big brush that fits my hand well and cleans vegetables well. Since it's bigger than my old one, I can also peel vegetables faster than with my old one! So far, when I finish cleaning the vegetables, the brush washes the dirt and debris well. If a few bits of dirt get stuck in the bristles, the bristle clusters are spaced enough that I can easily pull them out. My old brush had bristles that were closer together and it was much harder to get dirt off of it. My mother has small hands. She says this brush is too big for her comfort. I have large hands (I wear women's plus size winter gloves) and the brush seems perfect to me. My concern is if the sticky coating on the top and sides of the brush handle will become uncomfortably sticky over time. I've had this happen with other cookware with a similar rubberized finish, but it wasn't the OXO brand, so I'm hoping the OXO finish is better.
