Optimized OXO Good Grips Vegetable Brush Review

The brush for washing vegetables should have a certain attitude, not fragile and flimsy. I love this little brush! I can peel carrot, potato, ginger root, daikon, etc. and the bristles won't move apart if the "shoulder" is too strong, so my veggies peel fine! It lies well in the hand and does not slip. This is a nice big brush that fits my hand well and cleans vegetables well. Since it's bigger than my old one, I can also peel vegetables faster than with my old one! So far, when I finish cleaning the vegetables, the brush washes the dirt and debris well. If a few bits of dirt get stuck in the bristles, the bristle clusters are spaced enough that I can easily pull them out. This turned out to be exactly what I needed. This brush is the perfect size to hold in the palm of your hand. It is just under 5 inches long and just under 3.4 inches high.
