The brush for washing vegetables should have a certain attitude, not fragile and flimsy. I love this little brush! I can peel carrot, potato, ginger root, daikon, etc. and the bristles won't move apart if the "shoulder" is too strong, so my veggies peel fine! It lies well in the hand and does not slip.
