Works well, fits well. Display quality and touch sensitivity are good. Installation is simplified thanks to the motherboard on the right side. The 7 plus has no glue, so all you have to do is remove two screws and use the included suction cup to pry up the bottom of the screen. Slide down a little and then rotate to the right (see pictures). The parts that will slow things down are replacing the home button and camera/speaker/sensor kit from the old screen with the new one. This is a delicate task and you have to carefully peel off some tapes that are stuck on the old screen. FYI: the knob needs to be unscrewed and then slid onto the faceplate. If you try to pull it out or slide it to a new screen, it will most likely break.
