Purchased to replace a recently purchased but poorly designed JVC unit in my converted van. The rear camera worked hard. I contacted the support team and after a few hours I got a reply with a solution. Everything works perfectly! The rear camera screen is bigger than my Tesla and the user interface is very simple. Straightforward device, not a lot of frills, but I REALLY needed a rear camera, and with Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth it's all on my phone anyway. Just plug it in and tap the CarPlay icon, and Siri will take it from there. I highly recommend these folks. Very impressed with the product and the customer service was exceptional.
