I was afraid to leave my son's betta on a feeder for a week after reading horror stories. So I decided to try this. I'm so glad I did. It was a fantastic purchase, not only did it feed our Betta, I felt confident my son would be able to stop by after his holiday and I wouldn't have to have an awkward conversation with him. It is easy to assemble and use. Minus for me even on the lowest setting it was still overfeeding so in hindsight I should have been feeding daily instead of twice a day and the fish would have been fine. Since I didn't, I had to clean the tank when we got home.
