So I bought non-melting ink and blanks. Delighted with my first project (mug making) and the leaves arrived LIGHT BROWN. Okay maybe it's meant to be this color, it gets darker as it gets hot. NOT CORRECT! This ink was not the color on the box, it was brown. LOOKS BROWN AND HEATED BROWN. smh I ordered BLACK and expected BLACK. what the hell! Wish I had bought SEVERAL cases from IT.UPSIDE:. He printed my cups. COMPLETELY WRONG COLOR AND PRINTED WITH GRID. UPDATE: I TRYED AGAIN AS THEY WERE ALREADY PURCHASED. MAKES A SHORT WARMING TIME ON THE CUPS AND A SLIGHTLY STRONGER CLAMP. IT WAS SLIGHTLY BETTER AND MUCH DARKER! GOOD FOR CUPS BUT YOU WILL LOSE SOMETHING BY DETERMINING THE PROPER TEMPERATURE AND SPACING. Rookie mistake I think
