For me as a carpenter maybe a bit exaggerated. It was purchased to help with vehicle tuning. The product arrived halfway around the world (Western Australia) in perfect condition. It might seem odd to buy a set of imperial measuring blocks to use in a country that has been using the metric system for about 30 years, but most tools in the woodworking world are still rooted in the imperial system. Milling cutters and saw blades are almost without exception imperial. The only exception I've found is straight cutters, there's a good selection of both metric and imperial. I'm sure this set will serve me well.
