Quality is good but proper installation is more difficult than it should be. Also, I attached a 2 inch bar to my Kawasaki Mule. The velcro system barely fits around the handlebars and doesn't hold the strap in place enough. There are two additional straps used to secure the handle in place. Instead of having a strap connector, this is the old system where you have to thread the strap and back through the plastic connector. That wouldn't be an idea, except that the direction of the plastic device doesn't allow you to tighten the straps when installing. Therefore, it is difficult to tighten securely.
