All bands are marked in 1/16" increments, even under 1'. I draw This suggests bands that have markings down to 1/32" in less than a foot area, which I find confusing, especially when there is so much debris around the blade. This is a good band for a busy magazine and should avoid cutting errors to a minimum. The markings are very bold and easy to read, and the unnecessary 'special' markings don't get in the way like some tapes do.The accuracy is very close to the high quality tape measure we used, the maximum deviation at the 10 foot range that I tested is about 1/64 of an inch.
