Review on Seloc Mercury Outboard Engine 1990 00 by Deejay Allard

I bought a manual to help me install the gasket kit on the bottom block: procedures, special tools needed, torque ratings, etc. The manual doesn't mention it even the sealing procedure. For the lower block, they mainly cover the removal and installation of the support and changing the transmission oil. Their tools section mentions that some engines and some repairs require special tools, but then they don't specify which engines/repairs are done and don't even describe the tools. I found this guide useless and feel more stupid after reading it.
