I had breast cancer and now I have a cyst (surgery in the future). I ordered this pillow to provide a seat belt pillow. The concept is good but the pillow is not functional. It slides around the seat belt so the shock-absorbing side is on the outside instead of in the desired area. It's a constant struggle to keep it in place. I do not recommend this product.
