Review on Schmetz Combo Pack Sewing Machine Needles by Gelin Battle

I thought my Janome machine was defective because the needles were repeatedly bent and/or broken. It wasn't until I wrote a bad review about Janome needles that another customer recommended Schmetz needles. I've just plowed through layers of towels so thick they can barely fit under my foot. The needle never failed, never bent, even with the addition of a velcro hook to the layers. I'm very glad I found these needles - thought I should stick with the brand. I will be ordering them from now on, although I expect to be using the ones I have for some time to come.
