Review on πŸ“· Canon EF-M 11-22mm f/4-5.6 STM Lens, Black - Sharp and Versatile for Exceptional Images by Athit Eakapapan ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

Long-awaited compact wide-angle lens for Canon's mirrorless. In terms of viewing angle, the picture is similar to the full frame and wide-angle 17-40mm L. But the dimensions are several times smaller. Nice metal notch focus ring. Doesn't drag the camera. I can’t evaluate the work of the stabilizer yet, but I think it will give a stop and a half exposure in the evening (although the best stabilizer at this time of day is a tripod). If you bought an EOS M, buy this lens too, you will not be disappointed in the quality of the formed image. For examples - welcome to the 11-22mm stm label on my page, since there will be a lot of them soon.

Pros
  • 1. Size and weight. When folded - like two 22mm pancakes. 2. Sharpness and stabilizer, even wide open. 3. The almost complete absence of chromatic aberrations.
Cons
  • There are no quibbles about the technology itself. I would like a hood in the kit.
