Rating updated again and reset to 1 star: I am very surprised that after 1.5 months of ownership, Amazon does not return me because the return window is closed. The Der 1st assistant filled out the warranty form for me but the manufacturer never contacted me so I contacted Amazon again and the 2nd assistant gave me the manufacturer number to call I called the number and no answer I left a voice message and she never called me back i thought amazon had good customer service for months => broke cord :(----------------original review after 1 week ownership--------- -- ------- -- I'm very surprised to see how much trash he's vacuumed out of my bed!Only one person, no pets, I can't believe I've produced so much dead skin in a week I have never had e A vacuum cleaner for my bed, no, I can't live with that.
