After the pandemic hit and our sons returned home, they decided to try rope climbing at an outdoor structure near our home. We bought this harness and 2 other harnesses at the same price for her and my husband. It worked well for them until the climbing walls reopened and they decided to climb there. For climbing at the gym their harnesses were checked and we were told they didn't have the tags (showing manufacture dates) that others have. well-known brand harnesses did. The gym recommended we buy them instead, so we bought them a popular branded hanger for gym use. Compared to the two, this one is a lot less soft and comfortable but works as an extra strap or backup. Although it's a lot cheaper.
