Not suitable for 2011 Honda Rancher as already stated in reviews. Things you need to install the grinder, welder and various hand tools. With some trimming with a grinder, the plow bracket is twisted behind the winch. and some trimming on the winch mount/some welding was there too. Then when you bolt the skid plate back onto the quad, be prepared to cut off each side to get it up and back on. To be honest I think every bike has its issues and this is a very well built binding. People who say it fits without mods are lying.
