Ever wanted your pan raised in the middle so all the cooking oil or liquid runs out to the rim? Then this pan is for you! I understand it's non-stick, but if you're using any type of oil or sauce, the shape of the inside of the pan causes everything to flow to the edges of the pan, exposing the center. , making it difficult to get an even coating or crispy egg edges unless you completely fill the pan with a quarter inch of oil. Also note that the hole in the handle is very far from the rim meaning our hooks can't really go through the hole and I had to get a metal ring to attach it so it could be hung on our other pans . Will not replace these with the same pan once the coating has worn off.
