Review on JUN-ELECTRON 3.5 inch Raspberry Touchscreen Display Monitor, 320X480 Resolution - E361 by Seth Henning

You get what you pay for

The screen works, there is no direction. With a little digging, you'll find that most operating systems have their own packages that will install the graphics driver for you. The video driver that this website claims should work does not work. I had to do some digging and found that this is a simple apt-get command you can run in Kali that will immediately download Kali's native video driver. However, note that the instructions are vague and YouTube would be the best resource.

Pros
  • The screen supports 125MHz SPI signal input, stable display without flickering, refresh rate is about 50fps, which is enough for playing videos and games.
Cons
  • The monitor inputs are not compatible with other devices.
