Review on 🚲 Tannus Armour Tire Insert: The Ultimate Puncture Protection for Bike Tires by Jason Taylor

A UPS truck dropped my new Tannus armor while I was driving to visit my 90 year old relatives who grew up on bikes and motorbikes. I took a badly crumpled piece of Styrofoam called Tanius Armor and asked him if he knew what it was. He was intrigued and continued to fiddle with it while we were visiting. When I got up to leave I was surprised to see how round it had become. Wow! I took some of the powder I always use on tires and tubes after freaking out a bit by some of the reviews. I deflated the tire while powdering the Tannis Armor and new smaller tube. Then I removed one side of the tire from the rim, pulled out the old tube and powdered the inside of the tire. Tannus stepped in immediately, then inserted the tube and one side of the tire came up by hand fairly easily. no tools required. I aired it out and tugged two or three times to get the tire all the way around. Nothing complicated - I drive in 30 minutes after the start of the installation!
