I like its reliability. It feels like it belongs in a good, professional kitchen. It's a good size and weight. The way the needle slides out like a spring blade is very nice. It doesn't slip out quickly, but follows the general plan. On the screen that shows your temperature, bright, large letters that you can read at any setting. Battery included, ready to use. The magnet on the back was a nice touch too, plus it's a strong magnet, not a weak one. I put it straight on the fridge. Excellent quality, it comes with a Bayco warranty card.
