This work is too big for me! I used it on part of a two man tugboat for our boat. We had a small tear about 1/4 inch long, but it was so close to the seam that I was only able to patch about 3/8 inch between the seam and the tear. I have decent experience patching things and I didn't think vinyl adhesive patches would hold. They really must be oversized and it depends on them whether they hold up in any case. Anyway, I followed the instructions, cleaned it very well, put it on very gently and allowed 24 hours for maximum strength before using it. I've whipped my adult daughters, including jumping a few feet in the air with hard landings. We only used it one day but when we finished it was still fully inflated!
