Review on Efficient Baby Bottle Warmer And Sanitizer With Perfect Milk Temperature And Nutrient Preservation by Tony Doolittle

Here's the story, first time mom exclusively pumping and supplementing for my 10 wk early preemie. I have used an advent warmer which was a hand me down and had no instructions but the bottles can become very hot and had no timer or hold temp. I have used the Dr brown warmer which at first was wonderful, I never got any error messages I read about but unfortunately it quickly (within weeks) became unreliable and would not actually heat and would have to be run multiple times on any given occasion and I could not get any support or insight as to why. So after more digging I found this gem here.Very easy to use, two quick clicks and we are up and running with predictable results everytime. It took a little bit of a learning curve. For instance, don't leave it on and expect the bottle you drop in to heat in a timely manner, better to turn it off and on with each bottle (reading the instructions it appears the timer could be used here but I haven't gotten that advanced yet, mostly due to the gray area of what is safe for the milk or potential use of formula). With that side note, I really like that I can toss a bottle in preventatively and be ready for his next feed. I had to do and quite frankly am still researching what is acceptable/safe when it comes to heating milk/holding a temp after refrigeration ect. I would love to see some of that info available with the product.After reading reviews and instructions I was confused as to how to use the sanitizer function so I reached out to customer service. THIS MACHINE IS NOT A SANATIZER. Sorry for the dramatics but everyone says they use it as such and customer service claims it to be self sanitizing not a bottle sanitizer. So that was a bummer. But very nice to not have to clean the machine with great effort. This product works so well I bought a second one for my parents house.I will also state that I love the quick short instructions, that being said, they left me qith questions. I have no doubt customer service could clear them up but an additional video or two could likely do the same. I look forward to trying this out as we one day venture into baby food!
