Great customer service. I love my bottle warmer I can set the timer and temperature and his milk is warm in a fast amount of time. I love all the different functions you can warm food, thraw Abe especially the sanitize function. It’s easy to use and assemble. The lamp light also comes in handy at night, especially nights were I’m very tired and don’t fill like getting up to turn room lights on.

Product is aesthetically pleasing so it doesn’t bother me to leave out on the counter. Simple to use, which is great since my husband uses it the most to warm up my breast milk. This bottle wormer is a game changer. I love that it is temperature controlled so I do not have to wait infinite time to have the milk ready (I had a different one that was taking forever to worm up).I also love the look of it and the fact that it has space for two bottles at the same time. Easy to use, easy to clean. some might be surprised by the use of Celsius instead of Fahrenheit but definitely not a deal breaker. It’s great for heating my son’s bottle, and thawing his frozen prepared lunches. However, my favorite function is sterilize! It’s so great for his pacifiers and his mesh teethers - takes a lot of work out of it and I don’t have to take up space in my dishwasher. Worth the cost, very impressive appliance and I see so many applications for it.

This product is ascetically appealing and won’t look like a tacky kitchen appliance on your countertop. It is easy to use and the directions are super quick to read; they also offer videos to watch online of how to use it as well which is nice. It does it’s job so no complaints with that. They also added a super cute little stuffed animal bunny which was just a fun touch. This Bottle Warmer is life saver, I love the option for 24 h constant temperature for those nighttime feeds. I also use it to warm up purées and it gets them to the right temperature. I highly recommend this product and the price is awesome!

This is a gift for my friend. she has a baby . So I bought it , she said it’s easy to use and get warm up quickly and keep warm longer . She like it, it’s very useful and convenient for you to take care baby . So good to buy.

I have Philips Avent bottle warmer but I needed a bigger warmer. This one is bit slower than the Avent when it comes to bottle warming functionality but the defrosting function is what I absolutely love. The Avent will take you at least an hour and a half to defrost the milk, this warmer takes less than 10 minutes to defrost and warm the milk ready to feed.

item broke in 2 months. Got an error code and product stopped working. I got a hold of customer service, but then was ghosted without resolution. Avoid as they are not standing by their products. I'll update review if anything changes.

Definitely recommend this brand. The seller/owner is very friendly. It came with 2 years warranty, from the seller. You can reach them easily. One thing I wish it had was a Manuel book even if it is pretty much explainable. Love the fact it is easy to clean also.

This warmer is really easy to use and easy to clean. My daughter no longer drink from bottle but I still use this to keep her water warm and my drink too.

I love this product and how it does more than just warm up the bottle. I just recently had my baby on 12/23 and I have been going between breastfeeding and pumping into a bottle to feed to my baby. Its a life saver and I highly recommend this product!

Love this product! It makes bottles the perfect temperature. Easy to clean and maintain. It thaws out the milk at the perfect temperature without ruining the nutrients. This is an awesome product that every mom should own!
