has always fluctuated due to prices. Once again piqued my interest, I looked around and stumbled upon this technique. After reading the reviews and seeing the price I took a chance. It came from Revain's warehouse and shipping was fast. I live in Massachusetts so I ordered it on Sunday and received it the following Thursday. It took about an hour to install simply because the instructions were vague. The only thing I didn't like about the kit (just because I have a small case of OCD) was the padding around the heat shield or box. The gasket should form a sharp 90° angle that is not 100% flush, but that's about it. When I started the jeep there was no noticeable difference in sound, but driving it is a different story. I was thinking maybe a small difference in noise and acceleration, I was wrong. I have an automatic wrangler and I've never heard of this thing being so brutal. A slight howl is heard during normal acceleration, but at full throttle ignore it. I also noticed a big difference in fuel consumption. I have a 33x12½ bfg AT and am getting at least 3-5 mpg more. Overall I like this approach.
