Everything is fine. All other floor cleaning systems like this only have one compartment so you are essentially using dirty water to clean your floors. Great. Other models had a separate compartment for washing and drying. With this system, the mop for washing and drying is in the same compartment. Since you can never get rid of all the dirty water, you end up mixing mostly clean water with some dirty water. They have a knob that you turn to let clean water into the flush tank, but your water ends up getting dirty. They have a hole to put clean water in, but it's designed so you can't insert a mop. To keep their promise and make a great product, all they have to do is replace some of the clean water with a mop. and then you don't have to worry about using dirty water on your floors.
