This product was broken from the start. There were two speeds, and only the high speed worked. Ridiculous and a waste of money! I bought two hair dryers at the same time, and put this one in the closet for a backup. The first new dryer only worked properly for about 6 months. So you can imagine my disappointment when I unpacked this brand new hair dryer only to find out it too would not work on the low speed. I chose to repack it and will give to someone who doesn't need a lower setting. Waste of time and money!
