One can begin to explain how poor the workmanship is. Arrived with no starting instructions. I researched them on the internet. It's like a pop up tent, so it's not that heavy. However, the sticks that came with him were reversed and of different sizes, so he couldn't get together the way he was sent. I was able to fix it, assemble it and attach it to the car. I filled the sacks with sand. After 5 minutes the pockets started tearing at the seams and ALL the velcro straps completely detached from both pockets. Made a huge mess. The idea is great, but the way it's implemented is terrible. Send back. I strongly recommend looking into other brands.
