I've been taking them 1/2 hour to 15 minutes before bed for a week now and I've noticed a few things: β’ I fall asleep a lot more often. smoothly after ingestion. This is an all-natural immersion in a sleeping land. β’ I sleep better and wake up less often. I have a toddler so her video monitor is on my bedside table. I woke up all night to check on her and in the morning I got up as soon as she got up. I average between 2 and 4 hours of sleep per night (sleep tracking). While taking this keto sleep aid for the night this week, I wasn't waking up as often during the night and morning, and wasn't waking up when my baby woke up. I fall asleep for about an hour :) Now will this help me burn more fat while I sleep? I am not really sure. But I was sweating a little more than usual at night, which I believe is due to a higher metabolic heart rate. I really wish it was more than half a month in the bottle. Most dietary supplements are sold in dosages for at least a full month.
