Fat burners have helped me sleep

I've been taking them 1/2 hour to 15 minutes before bed for a week now and I've noticed a few things: β€’ I fall asleep a lot more often. smoothly after ingestion. This is an all-natural immersion in a sleeping land. β€’ I sleep better and wake up less often. I have a toddler so her video monitor is on my bedside table. They wouldn't let me sleep Contrary to the desired result

This would probably be a VERY powerful sleep aid if it weren't for an over-the-top ingredient - melatonin. I'm one of those people who gets palpitations when taking Nyquil or other PM cough medicines when I'm not feeling well (no, I don't take them anymore!). The reason I mention this is because this supplement reminds me of when I've taken those so-called "sleeping pills" in the past. HAS TOO MUCH MELATONIN

Melatonin is a hormone that has been used and somewhat abused by the health care industry and unfortunately people blindly swallow whatever the industry throws at them without doing any research first. More melatonin is not better when it comes to sleep. Melatonin is a hormone and should be treated accordingly. Your body makes it at night (do not take melatonin at other times of the day as it biologically counteracts your body cycle) and only makes a very SMALL amount to support a healthy sleep
