I like how it has a lot of different tools to help me in the office, as well as keeping up with my patients at home. It can be very confusing for new users to use, and if you don't have a lot of experience with computers or software, that can make things difficult. Also, when something gets lost or mixed up, it takes awhile before we are able to figure out what happened. Some features are not available for free accounts, but they do offer a 30 day trial. This helps a lot to figure out exactly what you need before purchasing. It allows us to keep track of all our appointments, surgeries, billing, and more.
