Great software made even better by staff members who know their stuff

I like that it has all of my billing information, appointments are easy to schedule with reminders sent out automatically for me! The customer service can be slow but they do respond eventually once you contact them about something! It would help if there was more options when scheduling patients as well. Make sure this program meets your needs before purchasing otherwise you may end up wasting money or not using everything available in the system. This helps us keep track of our patient visits

  • Easy to use interface
  • Customer Service is good at answering questions promptly.
  • Very helpful staff members who answer calls from customers looking into things further than what's already offered by software package (ie; making reports etc)
  • Great user friendly layout/design which makes navigating through programs very intuitive even though many features require knowledge base reading beforehand.and sometimes trial & error testing until desired outcome occurs.
  • Allows inputting data without having specific training background required beyond

VTP - Veterinary Software - Great scheduling program overall

I like how it has a lot of different tools to help me in the office, as well as keeping up with my patients at home. It can be very confusing for new users to use, and if you don't have a lot of experience with computers or software, that can make things difficult. Also, when something gets lost or mixed up, it takes awhile before we are able to figure out what happened. Some features are not available for free accounts, but they do offer a 30 day trial. Great product from Cerner & excellent Customer Service

I like being able to use VTP for my practice! It provides us with the ability to send emails, track appointments, manage financials, etc. The customer service has always been great as well! Some features are still not available in our version of the system but I believe that they will release updates soon enough. Sometimes the system doesn't recognize when you have made changes to an appointment or patient. This can be frustrating! But, if we remember to refresh before making changes then…

  • Ease of navigation throughout.
  • Great search function along bottom bar where one may scroll through different options (appointments/contact center)
  • Easy email reminders from within program; no more printed pages scattered about clinic :)
Cons
  • Search functions do take some time compared other programs!
  • Limited amount o free text data fields > Not many customizable templates
