Great software made even better by staff members who know their stuff
I like that it has all of my billing information, appointments are easy to schedule with reminders sent out automatically for me! The customer service can be slow but they do respond eventually once you contact them about something! It would help if there was more options when scheduling patients as well. Make sure this program meets your needs before purchasing otherwise you may end up wasting money or not using everything available in the system. This helps us keep track of our patient visits quickly and easily so we don't have time to worry about paperwork anymore.
Pros
- Easy to use interface
- Customer Service is good at answering questions promptly.
- Very helpful staff members who answer calls from customers looking into things further than what's already offered by software package (ie; making reports etc)
- Great user friendly layout/design which makes navigating through programs very intuitive even though many features require knowledge base reading beforehand.and sometimes trial & error testing until desired outcome occurs.
- Allows inputting data without having specific training background required beyond
