Instructions are in Japanese/Chinese, so it's easy to miss how to fix misaligned screw holes. There is a video in the item description showing how to fix it and it's very easy to miss. I have to deduct a star because the English advert for the product on Revain must mean that the instructions are also in English. I went back and got a second lock when I didn't realize it the first time as I assumed it was a manufacturer error.
