Edit: I've had them for a while and wanted to update and downgrade them to 4/5. Nevertheless, I agree with all of my previous statements. About 3 months after using them they stopped working and I am very careful with the game settings because I suffer from OCD. They suddenly stopped working completely because they could play sound and use the microphone at the same time and sometimes the two didn't work together. When I received it I noticed that there was a hairline crack in the connector area of the headset where the microphone is located, which didn't necessarily bother me and I don't think would have caused the problems I was having. But sometimes I noticed sound problems in the first two weeks. Unfortunately, this all happened at the very moment Covid began. And while other products I have exchanged with products from other companies were quick to respond and cared about their customers, it took TURTLE BEACH 3.5 weeks to respond to me on this. I ended up sending another email and a week later I got a response from this thread. I wasn't impressed as all of this made it impossible for me to go to stores or anywhere else to get replacements and I followed government regulations to avoid non-work travel. It was the only company that not only ignored its customer, but was excruciatingly slow to fix it. I finally figured out how to cut the cable and take pictures of its info and all and they agreed to send me a replacement which has worked fine so far and I couldn't find any damage. So in general I still agree. But it was so frustrating going through all of this for a replacement when I hadn't experienced it at any other company. (I had a faulty fan replaced and a wireless charger was sent to me under warranty and I waited less than a week to get confirmed shipments for both if that matters to anyone what I had in mind)* * It's comfortable, cute, clear quality. They are a bit large but can still feel a little tight in the ears after a few hours. I only wish you could adjust voice and game volume separately.
