I love this item. I never use the ignition part. So I bought new flat head screws so they wouldn't dig in their necks because I never planned on using that zipper thing and I want them to wear it all the time. I attached it to their own collars so they didn't have to wear two collars. My dogs are little Chihuahua Viners and the vibrator is perfect for keeping them in place. It's easy to keep it charged, every few days I plugged it into the mains. The hardest part is keeping the portable remote control in one central place. But I'm not trying to keep my dogs away from dogs, I just don't want them to lose control and keep barking. And it keeps me from screaming like a maniac is after them. If he runs down the street and doesn't look back, I just push a button and they stop, turn around and come back to me. That was great.
