I wish I could give this product zero stars. I liked it at first as it allowed me to sit in the shower and relax. Then I felt my legs buckle. Husband looked and pulled everything up. I thought it was fixed and used it again this morning. Only this time it buckled, causing me to fall into the shower. I tried to hold on to the bar in the shower, but the force of the fall caused me to dislocate my shoulder. Also, I'm covered in bruises. The weight capacity is 400 pounds, and my weight of 250 is well under the max limit. When I got out of the shower you could see that all the legs were bent and deformed like an elephant was sitting on them.
